Finding Your Own Way

MINDFUL LIVING

“Mindfulness teaches us to live in the present moment, to develop acceptance, to cultivate compassion, and to find more joy and peace.”

Welcome to Unfolding Logical Solutions!

Our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself…yet.

Our responsibility is to be your tour guides by providing actionable tools and direction to help you learn how to navigate through life’s stressors. From a person-centered approach, we start with where you're at in the moment and use our combined experiences to provide resources and active guidance starting from our first session. We then help you identify where you'd like to be and what's standing in the way, before assisting you to pave the path forward.

We take a collaborative, solution focused approach to therapy where we work as a team to not only discover "why," you're feeling the way you are, but more importantly "how," and "what," we can do to manage the distress. We believe this approach leads to a faster understanding, while strengthening and sharpening your skill set.  We emphasize your autonomy and growth by providing and creating additional resources custom tailored for you.

The benefits of teletherapy can't be overstated. From a learning perspective, it tremendously boosts retention. Educators tell students to take their exams in the same classroom they've learned the material. We can effectively teach you how to manage stress in the same environment you're experiencing it in. We aim to help clients and couples see symptom relief and formulate solutions beginning at our very first session.

Our approach reflects our combined experiences from the compassion of traditional therapy setting, with the sense of urgency driven for direct solutions from years working in varies medical and psychiatric emergency rooms.

We look forward to working with you and investing in your journey towards change!
